Who am I?
I’m Sinéad Brophy, founder of SheStrongPT, and I’ve made it my mission to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at every stage of life. With expertise in pre/postnatal training, cycle health, and hormonal balance, I offer a holistic approach to fitness and wellness that goes beyond the gym.”

Why did I become a coach?
Honestly, after turning around my own tumultuous, yo-yo all or nothing relationship with food and exercise and seeing so many women struggle with one-size-fits-all, weight-loss focused advice that didn’t honour their unique bodies or life stages, I knew I could make a difference.
Health isn’t just about working out —it’s about building strength for life, in all aspects of life.
Fast forward 7 years of coaching, and I’ve had the privilege of helping incredible women build sustainable routines that support their mental AND physical health without the burnout.

My Mission
My Studies & Credentials
After completing my BA in Art History and MSc in Business Management, I worked for number of years in a big Management Consulting firm and then a Tech Start-Up in the areas of Marketing, Design Thinking & Product Management.
Then, one day, I realised that I wasn’t fulfilled by my jobs. I liked solving problems and improving user journeys but I wasn’t making any positive change in the world. So I decided to revisit my teenage dream of working in the health and wellbeing space and this opened a world of learning to me.
