If you’re looking for a tailored plan to fit your lifestyle, my Personalised Programmes are here to help. These 12-week programmes are designed to align with your goals, whether you need a bespoke Training Programme or a Nutrition/Habit Coaching Programme.


How it Works

STEP 1 - Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

Before I create your personalised, ‘done-for-you’ plan, we will meet for an Initial Consultation.

This 90minute deep dive will be guided by a detailed screening form that you will fill in before we meet.

During our consultation, we’ll discuss your fitness history, current lifestyle, challenges, and goals.

STEP 2 - Choose Your Path:

Following the Initial Consultation, you have two choices

Path 1 - Stand-Alone Service:

  • Includes a comprehensive report with personalised insights, recommendations, and one complimentary Empowered Toolkit to support your journey.

  • Total Price = €150

Path 2 - Consultation + 12-Week Programme:

  • Includes everything offered in the Initial Consultation Package above.

  • + Get a personalised, done-for-you 12-week programme at a discounted rate (50% off)

  • Total Price = €225

STEP 3 - Choose Your Programme Focus

If you decide on Path 2 - you can choose from personalised Training Programme, Nutrition & Habit Programme or a Combined Option, if you so wish.

Choose your Programme

If you choose Path 2, you will then be able to avail of 50% off your first 12 Week Personalised Programme.

You can choose from:

  • Training Programme: Includes a 12-week workout plan delivered in PDF and Google Sheets formats with demo videos for every exercise.

  • Nutrition/Habit Coaching Programme: Focused on habit building and tailored nutritional strategies to support your goals.

Combined Options Available on Request:
For those looking for a comprehensive approach, I can create a combined programme focusing on both training and nutrition.

This is at a slightly higher price-point of €225 for the combined programmes.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Plans that are specific to you life-stage such as:

  • Preconception Lifestyle Plan

  • Perimenopause Lifestyle Plan
